| Polenta |
Polenta is a cornmeal cooked and cooled. Can be grilled later or just to be eaten like that,with mushroom sauce, bolognese sauce or beef stew. I made this from instant pack one. Just add water,boil, and cool it.
I also made beef stew to compliment the polenta! |
